Valves that open, close and stay closed.
Diagnosis and replacement of stuck, leaking and clogged zone valves, solenoids and diaphragms in your valve boxes.
- Typical fix: Diaphragm, solenoid or valve swap
- Connections: Waterproof wire connectors
- Boxes: Cleaned, labeled, drained

What it is, and why it matters.
Each zone has a valve that opens when the controller sends a signal. Valves fail by sticking open, staying shut, leaking through or losing the solenoid. We open the box, test the solenoid and the wire, clean or replace the diaphragm and, when needed, replace the whole valve and reconnect with waterproof connectors.
In Nashville, grit and iron in the water and years in damp valve boxes take a toll on old valves. We clear water out of boxes, label the valves and, when a manifold is aging, offer to replace several at once to avoid repeat visits.

Waterproof connections
Sealed so they do not fail again.
Labeled manifold
You can finally tell which valve is which.
Options for aging manifolds
Replace several valves at once.

Sprinkler Valve Repair: common questions
My zone will not shut off. What is wrong?
Usually debris under the diaphragm or a failed diaphragm or solenoid. Cleaning or replacing it fixes most cases, and we turn off the supply until we do to stop the waste.
How long do sprinkler valves last?
Often ten to twenty years, but water quality and the conditions in the box matter. We replace only what has failed.
