Irrigation that goes in before the sod does.
Sprinkler systems for new homes, planned with the builder and installed at the right stage, so pipe, sleeves, valves and heads are ready before sod, seed and landscaping.
- Sleeves: Set before concrete is poured
- Timing: After rough grade, before sod
- Supply: Meter, backflow and mainline coordinated

What it is, and why it matters.
The best time to install irrigation is before the final grade and the sod. We coordinate with your builder or landscaper, place sleeves under driveways and walks before they are poured, trench while the ground is open and set heads to final grade so they sit flush after sod. That avoids cutting new concrete or tearing up fresh turf later.
New builds around Nashville often have compacted clay, a new meter and a long punch list. We handle the water supply connection, backflow and permits we are responsible for, and give you a controller that is ready for the first seeding or sodding schedule.

New Construction Irrigation: common questions
When should irrigation be installed on a new home?
After rough grading and before sod or seed, and sleeves should go under hardscape before it is poured. We work with your builder so each piece happens at the right time.
Can you water new sod or seed?
Yes. New lawns need frequent, light watering for the first weeks. We program the controller for the establishment period and then step it down to a normal schedule.
How do I get a price for new construction irrigation?
Fill in the form or call 615-431-3789. We schedule a free visit, measure and test your system or yard and send a written proposal that lists exactly what is included.
